Cutest Critters was a casual base builder game released to the Google Play store in 2021. It had similar mechanics to Coin Master’s base building and slots spinning, but with Pokémon-like critters for the player to raise and battle. The goal of this project was to build a prototype and release it as quickly as possible for user testing. Development took about three months, and the project was halted a few months after release.
My Responsibilities
Shepherded the game through the green-light and approval process.
Costed and assigned work for a team of five creatives.
Gave feedback on all critters, environments, and features and UI/UX.
Designed UX flows for smaller features.
Managed team morale for a long-shot game.
